Product Registration is a means to advise Cummins of the Cummins Engines a customer has, and where they are located. So that this information can be passed to the local Cummins location for them to review and take any measures needed to support this product in their territory.
This means the local Cummins location can ensure they have Technicians trained on the engine if required. They have parts in stock for this engine especially if the customer has a fleet of engines. Contact can be made with the customer to form a partnership to ensure with maintenance and supply of Genuine Cummins Parts and Products that the customer is fully supported by Cummins wherever their equipment is in the world.
