The Quantum Series product line was introduced in 2005 to meet the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's stringent Tier 2 emissions standard. Today the product line is certified to current EU, EPA and IMO regulations that will serve as the platform for more stringent standards in the future.

Cummins also offers the complete line of constant speed auxiliary power solutions from 104-2,547 hp (78-1,900 kW) for commercial marine applications. Cummins' auxiliary power solutions are dependable and reliable, because all major components are designed and built as an integrated unit. Cummins offers customized packages to meet specific vessel requirements, including regular integration meetings that begin at vessel concept and continue through commissioning.
